A BY-LAW to enter into an Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Dave Hewitt of
1474528 Ontario Inc.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an
Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Dave Hewitt of 1474528 Ontario Inc. for the
construction of a 3,600 square foot hangar at the Tillsonburg Regional Airport along the
recently approved, yet to be constructed, northerly extension of Taxiway G3 Lot 3.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the lease agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached lease
agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
3. This By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
