Present: Deb Beard, Mark Dickson, Erin Getty, Carrie Lewis and Collette Takacs.

1. Call to Order Quorum not present. The deputation was invited to present their information. 2. Adoption of Agenda

5. Presentations/Deputations 5.1. Cultural Grant Application – Santa Clause Parade At 5:30 p.m. Mandy Byrnes, President of the Tillsonburg and Area Optimist Club and Karlee Slattery, Board Member, were present and provided an overview of the plans for this year’s Santa Clause Parade.
The Club is requesting a Cultural Grant in the amount of $2,500.00 to pay for bands. It was suggested that the Club should charge a fee for floats.
It was suggested that the Club apply to the Community Trust. It was suggested to have a premium seating section which the Club could sell tickets for in order to raise funds.
