B. Business Arising from Minutes; PUC has credited the BIA for
an error in billing which is reflected in the Treasurers' Report.
K.Miggens also reported on a successful General Meeting held
Thursday, March 4'93 and IDQVei;! that we accept the Proposed
Facade Improvement Project, secondeg by D.Rose.nthal, all in
favour, ch_RlUEQ.

3. Beautification: K.Miggens reported the Par·ks and
Re.creation Department can cover the mainte.nence. of trees, gardens
etc. for $1,500.
4. Traffic -No report.
D. Communications
1. a.Rosenthal; ZON. 7-214, this application would allow
a medical clinic to locate on Broadway St. lying north of Caroline
and South of North St .. AmotiQD was made by B.Morgan, seconded by
M. Scholtz in agreement for the zone change. C.6.RBJ:E:.O.
ZON. 7-215 in regards to a zone change from General Industrial (M2)
to Special General Industrial (M2-Special). A mot~_on was made
by K.Miggens to oppose the zone change, _o;;econg§.g by B.Morgan.

2. M. Scholtz; reported on Transit at Large, a Pro-
posal will go before council and Matt will remain on the committee
to represent the views of the BIA Board.
3. B.Carroll; reported council has approved the name,
JAMES KEATING LANE, for the new alley in the fire section.
