PRESENT: Mayor B. Carroll, Deputy Mayor I. Horton, Councillors: D. Beres, S. Lamb, G. Leachman, F. Lewis, S. Molnar, C. Rosehart and R. Smith ORDER OF BUSINESS: A. Presentations None F. Appointments/Delegations 1. Mr. Fred Coutts, 313 Broadway, was present with respect to By-Law 2946, to amend Zoning By-Law 1994, as amended. (Martinovic) Mr. Coutts expressed concerns with respect to the garage being at the front of the single-family residence. Ms. Julie Bryant, County Planner, was present. Ms. Bryant noted that the concerns expressed, with respect to the garage, should be addressed at the building permit stage. In response to a question from Council, Ms. Bryant noted that unless there is a specific concern, it is restrictive to ask all single-family dwellings to be under site plan control. It was noted that parking would not be permitted in front of the garage. A vehicle would have to be parked inside the garage. The by-law was given third reading and finally enacted. "Carried" No. 13 Moved by Councillor Smith Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT the resolution as passed by the Municipality of Bayham, with respect to the utility corridor and recreational trail on the former CP Rail I ands, be moved to Executive Committee -Closed Session for the purpose of discussion.
