A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement of purchase and sale with Armtec Inc.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an agreement of
purchase and sale for lands described as 11 Acres of land west of, and contiguous to
the Rokeby Road parcel , Lot 1640 Plan 500 , Tillsonburg ; Part 5, Plan 44 OXRB ; and
Part Lot 8, Concession 4 North of Talbot Road .
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows :
1. THAT the authorization is hereby given for the sale of those lands
described as 11 Acres of land west of, and contiguous to the Rokeby Road
parcel , Lot 1640 Plan 500, Tillsonburg; Part 5 , Plan 44 OXRB; and Part Lot 8,
Concession 4 North of Talbot Road , subject to those terms and provisions
outlined within the offer of purchase and sale as attached hereto as Schedule A ;
2. THAT the agreement of purchase and sale attached hereto as Schedule A forms
part of this By-Law.
3. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect upon passing .
