2021-004THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW 2021-004 A BY-LAW to provide a schedule of fees for certain municipal applications, services and permits. WHEREAS Section 39(1) of the Municipal Act, S. 0. 2001, c. M. 25, as amended, provides that without limiting sections 9, 10 and 11, those sections authorize a municipality to impose fees or charges on persons, for services or activities provided or done by or on behalf of it, for costs payable by it for services or activities provided or done by or on behalf of any other municipality or any local board; and for the use of its property including property under its control; WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to establish a schedule of fees for certain municipal applications, services and permits; BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as follows: 1. THAT Schedule "A" to this By-Law is adopted as the schedule of fees for certain municipal applications services and permits listed therein. 2. THAT Should the provisions of any other By-Law of the Town of Tillsonburg or other document purporting to set the fees listed in Schedule "A" be in conflict with the provisions of this By -Law, the provisions of this By-Law shall prevail. 3. THAT Schedule "A" to this By-Law forms part of this By-Law as if written herein. 4. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of its passing. 5.
