'92 Committee held Friday, August 7th, 1992 at 9:30 A.M. in

3. Street Closing
It was suggested that due to concerns from the
B.I.A., Ridout St. should be kept open for east/west
traffic. The Police Dept. and Works Dept. to be
asked re: any concerns.
4. B.I.A. Newsletter
Advise retailers not in closed area that they can
display merchandise on street in closed area. Contact
F. Brown for a location. A list of events to be
circulated next newsletter .

5. Security
React is not available. Kinsmen will have two (2)
police and one security person from 8:30 P.M. to
1:30 A.M. both evenings. The Chief and/or Deputy
Chief to be asked to attend next meeting re: security.
6. Setup Committee
The Rotary Club and/or Knights of Columbus to be
approached re: assistance for setup and teardown on
August 21/22.
Committee persons available: B. Carroll, F. Brown,
B. Arts, S, Harris (Fri.) and G. Found.
Items to be done: tarps moved to rides if rain
rides moved Saturday P.M.
