Feedback
The merchants were very pleased. The tent was underutilized.
Condense the events for next year.
Suggestions for 1992
Close part of Broadway for activities. The B.I.A. should
be consulted prior to the decision as to where and when.
Send a letter re: participation to the Ministerial Association.
Rent a large portable sign to advertise each event.
Events
The events were reviewed.
It was suggested that each day the events focus on a
particular area ie: Tillson Ave., Simcoe St., north end,
etc. This may generate more retail participation. Ask each
area what they can do for themselves.
Other
Send a letter to the Tillsonburg News and Tillsonburg
Independent thanking everyone for their participation and
invite suggestions for next year. The letter will also be
sent out with the next B.I.A. newsletter to give the B.I.A.
members an opportunity for input.
J. Armstrong suggested that we may need a new Chairman for
1992.
Next meeting: February 6, 1992.
