Introduction
H. Lamos-Parker introduced the Committees' newest member, Linda Rigole
5) Report on Marketing the AAC committee -H. Lamos-Parker
-Committee discussed free marketing of meetings meetings in local advertisements to raise awareness.
-Discuss ads in Coffee News, Radio station, Inside Tillsonburg, and Rogers.
-A letter will need to be created to send request.
Resolution:
RESOLVE THAT the Committee contact marketing outlets regarding free advertisements about
Committee meeting dates.

6) Tentative goals 2013-2015 reviewed
-Committee reviewed the below goals for the Committee's term.
1. Conduct Site Reviews to determine accessibility of various locations including the Tillson burg
Cemetery and Tillsonburg Airport.
2. Ensure that the town facilities are accessible not only for users, but also for prospective employees.
3. Invite guests to meet with committee to gain more insight on accessibility issues in Tillson burg.
4. Review Town Accessibility Plans and help with development of a new plan.
5. Increase awareness regarding accessibility and the accessibility committee throughout the Town.
Resolution:
RESOLVE THAT the Committee approve the goals as discussed for the 2013-2015 term.
