FURTHER RESOLVE that Council award the work to exp.(exponential possibilities) at a total cost
of $12,596.00 plus H.S.T. to be funded from the
2011 financial budget.

Seconded by: Deputy Mayor Renaud AND RESOLVE THAT Council receives report CSD11-13
Municipal Alcohol Policy Review.
FURTHER RESOLVE THAT Council add tiered seating to the list of eligible facilities for Special
Occasion Permits (SOPs) as a High Risk Function.
AND FURTHER RESOLVE THAT staff review the entire Municipal Alcohol Policy bringing forth
recommendations to include the new regulations to the Ontario Liquor License Act.
Council suggest the hockey organization be contacted to determine if they would be willing to
continue with this request due to the proposed new requirements.
The Motion has been withdrawn by the Mover Councillor Klein.
Staff will bring this matter back following further research and following attendance at a workshop
put on by the AGCO.

AND FURTHER RESOLVE THAT Council approve in principle the designation of the
Forshee-Tribe-Trumpour Mausoleum as a heritage site within the Town of
Tillsonburg.

Staff to bring back information on the estimated municipal taxation amount on properties that
currently are only charged a Payment in Lieu of Taxes to a meeting to discuss the 2012 budget.

Council have requested that they receive information on the total cost of running the Community
Centre.
