No. 5 Moved by Councillor Horton
Seconded by Councillor Rosehart AND RESOLVED
THAT this Council advise the Township of
Norfolk of its objection with respect to the
policies relating to the Norfolk Mall for
reasons detailed in County of Oxford Planning
Report 97-159.
Specifically, the Town is of the opinion that
a site specific amendment to the Official Plan
of the Regional Municipality of Haldimand-
Norfolk is required. In addition, the 1985
Boundary. Agreement between the Region of
Haldimand-Norfolk, County of Oxford, Town of
Tillsonburg and the Township of Norfolk is
still valid and operative and as such, the
interpretation of the Agreement needs to be
first resolved under the mediation and
arbitration provisions of the 1985 Agreement

Mall, or any additional periphery expansion on
the Norfolk Mall properties.
