Utility Customer Information/Billing System D Memo dated April 4, 2001 from Secretary/Treasurer, Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. regarding Advanced Utility Systems Software. No. 4 Moved by Councillor Molnar Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT Council of the Town of Tillsonburg hereby receives the memo report prepared by the Secretary/Treasurer, Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. dated April 4, 2001 regarding Utility Customer Information/Billing Systems; their AND THAT Council approves the conversion to Advanced Utility Customer Information/Billing System as proposed by Advanced Utility Systems in quote dated March 19, 2001; AND THAT Council concurs with allocating the associated costs to the utilities in which it benefits and serves as mutually agreed in a Service Agreement to be entered into between the Town and Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. "Carried"> 2. Director of Operations RE: Erosion Review - 25 Ridge Boulevard © A 25 Ridge Blvd Erosion Review. Erosion - Attachment The Director of Operations reviewed his report. Mr. Paul Woods, 25 Ridge Boulevard, was present. Mr. Woods was advised that following a study by a Geo -technical Engineer a recommendation would be available. It was noted that it would be approximately 2 months before a study could be completed. No. 5 Moved by Councillor Beres Seconded by Councillor Molnar AND RESOLVED THAT the Staff Report from the Page 2 MINUTES: Meeting for the Committee "Open Council" Director of Operations dated April 5, 2001 be received; AND FURTHER THAT Council refer the expenditure of $10,000 to 2001 budget deliberations to extend the storm sewer and provide adequate erosion control at the outlet behind 25 Ridge Boulevard; AND FURTHER THAT Council budget an additional $5,000 for the year 2001 to retain a Geo -technical Engineer to conduct an erosion and slope stability analysis behind 25 Ridge Boulevard in the Town of Tillsonburg.
