1. Mr. John Finlay, MP Oxford
Mr. Finlay was present to up -date Council and report on:
• the economy
• agriculture
• health care
• law and order
• infrastructure programs.
Mayor Horton up -dated Mr. Finlay with respect to the status of the soccer fields
development and asked for any assistance that could be offered, as this community has
already been faced with an unexpected $45,000 expenditure, and faces another
expenditure of approximately the same amount, due to the uncovering of Indian remains
and artifacts.
Mr. Finlay asked that information be provided to him and he would look into any
possibilities that may be available to assist Tillsonburg.
2. Mr. Mark Renaud
Mr. Renaud appeared before Council to voice his concern and opposition to any proposed tax increases.

based on a five year forecast report for roads and fleet to be prepared by the Director of
Operations;
AND THAT a by-law approving the aforementioned 2001 Budget and Rates be presented
to Council for enactment.
