Copies of the Report were circulated to all members of Council and Senior Management.
Mr. Walter Burton, Chair of the Police Services Board, and Inspector Jack Goodlett, Ontario Provincial
Police, Oxford Detachment, were present to review the 2000 Annual Report, and answer any questions of
Council.

from the Ontario Provincial Police - Oxford Detachment, be received.

2. Baldwin Place
eohll\ Mr. Kim Husted, of Kim Husted Surveying, appeared before Town Council in support of the request from
Baldwin Place.
Refer to Item 6 under Reports, to view correspondence.
Council asked for confirmation that Tillsonburg Developments Inc. is willing to accept all responsibilities for
risks associated with the construction of the proposed structure.
Following discussion, the following resolution was passed.

Seconded by Councillor Molnar AND RESOLVED THAT the Chief Building Official be
directed to issue a conditional building permit for a model home conditional upon the Town
obtaining confirmation from its legal counsel that documentation has been provided from the
developer holding the Town harmless from all risk which may result from the issuance of
this permit.
