Committee of Adjustment approve application A-33101 for 41 Kara Lane, subject
to the following condition:
1) A building permit for the sunroom shall be issued within one year of the
date of the Committee's decision.

Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg
Committee of Adjustment approve application A-34101 for 17 Young Street,
subject to the following conditions:
1) A building permit for the carport shall be issued within one year of the
date of the Committee's decision.
2) That the application be revised to increase the requested front yard
setback to 2.5m (8.1ft) to match the setback of the existing dwelling.

3) Submission of a revised OLS survey for the property showing the location
of the proposed carport in accordance with the 2.5m (8.1ft) front yard setback
requirement.

of Operations dated September 28, 2001 be received;
AND FURTHER THAT the sewer lateral policy OPS - 001 dated September 28, 2001 be
approved by Town Council;
AND FURTHER THAT Council approve the purchase of sewer inspection and locating
equipment estimated at $26,000 from Trenchless Technology Ltd., (sole source), a tripod
for $4,800 and a gas detector for $2,500 with the extra $18,300 being charged to sanitary
sewer reserves this year.

AND FURTHER THAT Operations Services - Works monitor the tree in front of 26
Sanders Street on an ongoing basis.

September 21, 2001 prepared by the Fire Chief and the Director of Corporate Services
regarding an open burning by-law be received;
AND THAT By-law No. 2986 being a by-law to set regulations for preventing fires
and to repeal By-law 1917 be presented to Council for first and second reading.

subdivision agreement between Tillsonburg Developments Inc., the Town of
Tillsonburg and the County of Oxford be presented to Council for enactment.

3, 2001 regarding the Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Agreement be received;
AND THAT By-law No. 2988 being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute an agreement between the Town of Tillsonburg and the Tillsonburg Minor
Soccer Club and repeal By-law No. 2943 be presented to Council for enactment, with the
following amendment to the Agreement:

Tillsonburg commencing not later than 2003 and ending not later than 2009."

resurfacing of the section of Highway #19 from Mt. Elgin north to Highway #401
at the earliest date possible.
