Committee of Adjustment approve application A-36101 for 316 Quarterline
Road, subject to the following conditions:
1) The applicant submit a revised OLS survey for the subject property showing
the location of the existing pool and deck.
2) That the application be amended to change the requested exterior side yard
variance to a minimum of 5.4 m (17.9 ft) for the existing pool and 3.4 m (11.4 ft)
for the existing deck, to reflect the surveyed measurements.

Mr. Grant VanDyken appeared before Council asking Council to consider banning the use
of chemical pesticides in the Town of Tillsonburg.
The following resolution was passed.

> Mrs. Laurel Beechey appeared before Council to seek Council's support in continuing
her services caring for orphaned wildlife in the Town of Tillsonburg.

received from George Ronson, Ronson's T.V., 98 Broadway, be hereby approved
for a principal sum of $6,543.05 at a rate of 1.0% to be repaid annually over
seven (7) years;
AND THAT By-law No. 3004 being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and
CAO/Clerk to
execute a fagade improvement loan agreement between the Corporation of the
Town
of Tillsonburg and G. Ronson's TV Video, subject to obtaining the appropriate

November 25, 2001 regarding the Fagade Improvement Loan Application
received from R & R Holdings for the Sears building at 58 Broadway, be hereby
approved for a principal sum of $15,000.00 at a rate of 1.0% to be repaid annually
over ten (10) years;
AND THAT By-law No. 3005 being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and
CAO/Clerk to
execute a fagade improvement loan agreement between the Corporation of the
Town
of Tillsonburg and Charles Crawford, subject to obtaining the appropriate
building permit, be presented to Council for enactment.

19. Community Reinvestment Fund D
Staff Report dated December 6, 2001 regarding 2002 CRF Reporting Requirements

Seconded by Councillor Molnar WHEREAS, the Province of Ontario is providing
eol\ the Town of Tillsonburg a Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF) allocation and;
WHEREAS the intended use of the CRF allocation is to mitigate increases in
property taxes;
AND WHEREAS the Ministers of Finance and Municipal Affairs & Housing have
requested, by January 11, 2002, a resolution declaring the municipality's
intent to use the CRF allocations they receive to the benefit of taxpayers;
AND NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Town of
Tillsonburg hereby accepts the terms and conditions of the 2002 CRF Allocation;
AND FURTHER THAT Council declares that the use of the CRF Allocations will
be
for the benefit of taxpayers.
