RECOMMENDATION
Council is requested to consider the following resolution:

be presented to Council for third and final reading;
AND THAT By-law No. 3001 being a by-law to prohibit and/or regulate bicycles,
skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, scooters or similar conveyances of
similar description on certain sidewalks, parking lots or roadways within the Town
of Tillsonburg be presented to Council for third and final reading;
AND THAT By-law No. 3002 being a by-law to provide for the regulation or
prohibition of unusual noises in the Town of Tillsonburg be presented to Council
for third and final reading;
AND THAT By-law No. 3003 being a by-law to regulate and govern the use of
motorized snow vehicles in the Town of Tillsonburg be presented to Council for
third and final reading.
