1. West Nile Virus
Presented By: Oxford Health Department
> Mr. Klaus Seeger, County of Oxford, appeared before Council and provided information
with respect to the West Nile Virus.
The CAO noted the importance of the Town of Tillsonburg and County of Oxford working
together. Issues can be logged and tracked through the Tillsonburg Customer Service
Centre, and passed on to the County. The Customer Service Centre will be utilized to log
issues and to provide an educational program.

Further to a request from the applicant, the applicant was directed to contact the CAO to
discuss the procedure for filing a supplementary request.
In response to a question of Council, it was further noted that a meeting would be set up
in short order with the owner of the property to address other issues, as briefly discussed at the
Council Meeting of May 12, 2003.

be given third and final reading and the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same
and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.
