• Fuller Trucking (Tillsonburg) for snow plowing in the Municipal Parking Lots; and
• Horvath Holdings (RR#6 Tillsonburg) for snow plowing at the Tillsonburg
Airport/Runways.

awarding of the Memorial Arena Roof repairs to Keller Roofing through Devlan
Construction, at a cost of $16,620, with work commencing as soon as possible;
AND FURTHER THAT this additional work be debentured with the Community Centre
and Arena Renovation Project.

exempted from Part Lot Control and that the County be requested to enact the necessary
exempting by-law as well as entering into a standard Part Lot Control Agreement with
the applicant.

Mayor Molnar to provide an up -date at the regular Council Meeting held the
fourth Monday each month.
10. Halloween 2004 in Tillsonburg
Presented By: Mayor Molnar
Discussion was held and concensus was that Halloween 2004, in the Town of Tillsonburg,
would remain October 31 st.
Mayor Molnar suggested that this issue be added to an Agenda for future consideration
through Corporate Services.
