Seconded by Councillor Patenaude AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg Committee of
Adjustment approve application A-02105 for Nelson Street, subject to the following
conditions:
1) The application be amended to eliminate the requested front yard variance and that the
requested relief from the required rear yard be
increased to reduce the minimum rear yard setback from the required 10.5 m (34.4 ft) to
8.2 m (26.9 ft).
A"`1 2) A building permit for the proposed dwelling shall be obtained within one year of the
date of the Committee's decision;

3) The variances shall only apply to the proposed single storey dwelling.
4) The existing garage on the property be removed or relocated to the satisfaction of the
Town.
5) A building location survey be submitted for the proposed dwelling to the satisfaction of

appointment of a Fire Apparatus Assessment Committee to consider all criteria respecting
the complete fire apparatus fleet, based on current and anticipated future needs, and that
the Committee consists of the Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, one Fire Captain, two
Firefighters, the Fleet Manager and one Municipal Councillor;
AND FURTHER THAT the Committee prepare a report to Council through the Fire Chief.

Tillsonburg and Firemen's Association
be given third and final reading and the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to
sign the same and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.
