Council to initiate a master fire planning process...

be authorized to initiate, on behalf of Council, a
Master Fire Planning process and to prepare a

planning context inclusive or the MFP Committee's
recommended Terms of Reference;
AND FURTHER THAT the Fire Chief be authorized to
invite the participation of the following persons
for an initial meeting for purposes of forming a
Master Fire Planning Committee: the Head of Council
or his designate, CAO, Director of Finance, Fire
Chief, County Planner, Community Development
Officer, Business or Industry Representative,
Community Resident Representative, a Part-time
(volunteer) Firefighter and our Fire Protection

By -Law 3191 to develop a Community Improvement Plan for the Benefit of the
Community Improvement Area
be introduced and read for a first and second time and be referred to Committee of
the Whole for further consideration and this constitutes the first and second
reading thereof.
