Mr. Carey briefly quoted claim statistics on the number of work related injuries in the Province.
In response to the delegation's request, the following resolution was passed.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg support the
efforts of the Oxford Regional Labour Council in recognizing the National Day of Mourning, and that
permission be granted for the use of the Clock Tower area April 28th, 2006.

The CAO was asked to confirm the site and what would need to be in place for this event.
Council members were invited to join in the activities to be held at the Clock Tower April 28th, 2006 at
10:30 a.m.

dated April 3, 2006, regarding By -Law Enforcement be received as information and further that the
Director of Corporate Services prepare a report on the amount of revenue generated by by-laws and costs
associated therewith.

expenses associated with By -Law enforcement.

Seconded by Deputy Mayor Smith AND RESOLVED THAT the permission be granted to the Tillsonburg
Millennium Soccer Project to conduct Nevada Ticket sales from the location known as Riley's Motor Hotel
Bar & Grill, in Tillsonburg, provided that it is determined that there are two distinct and separate soccer
entities.

It was noted that the Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club currently holds a Nevada Licence to operate from the
Cranberry Corner Convenience Store, The subject application is for the Tillsonburg Millennium Soccer
Project. They are two separate and distinct legal entities.
