the current E. 1. Act policies in order to re-establish reasonable and equitable levels of E. 1.
coverage;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor on behalf of Tillsonburg Council,
forward this resolution to Members of Parliament representing Tillsonburg, as well as the
Prime Minister, the Human Resources Development Minister and the leaders of the
Opposition Parties in Parliament.

Mr. Greg D'Hulster be added as a presenter at the regular Council Meeting of June 22, 2009.

Council moved to Agenda Item 10, as had been previously requested, then returned to Delegations,
allowing Mr. D'Hulster an opportunity to speak before Council.
Mr. Greg D'Hulster RE: Fireworks By -Law (added to the Agenda, by Resolution No. 6)
Mr. D'Hulster appeared before Council, commenting on the revised by-law and
information, including the schedule of fees he had received.
Mr. D'Hulster noted his concerns, noting that he did not feel proper notification had been
given prior to final consideration of the Fireworks By -Law.
Mr. D'Hulster confirmed that he was in receipt of all of the material now and understands
it.

Tillsonburg recommend to Oxford County Council that it approve an application to amend
the Official Plan, submitted by Nautical Lands Group, to redesignate lands located at Lot
24, Plan 1653, in the Town of Tillsonburg, from Medium Density Residential and High
Density Residential to Community Facility, to allow for the development of two, six storey,
100 unit retirement facilities.
Council moved back to the Delegations section of the Agenda.
