BY-LAW 2022-033
A by-law to authorize the execution of a transfer agreement for Forfeited Corporate
Property.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into transfer agreement for
Forfeited Corporate Property (Relief from Forfeiture) for the lands described as Block 25,
Plan 41M155, Tillsonburg, with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as
Represented by the Minister of Government and Consumer Services;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT the agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this By -Law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg;
3. AND THAT this By -Law shall come into full force and take effect after the final
passing hereof.
