1. Mr. Peter Staley appeared before Council with respect to recommendation C.1 of Planning
Advisory Committee under date of January 15th, 1990. He indicated he was opposed
to colleetive requirements for a Building Locate Survey and indicated he would appear
at the next Planning Advisory Committee meeting to address this issue.
