Councillor J. Battin took the chair for the purpose of conducting the public hearings.
Mayor Ferric was absent from the Chamber.
1. Rezoning Application - 598760 Ontario Inc. -
Andrea Dalrymple, County Planner reviewed supplementary planning report which
recommended enacting of a zoning by-law amendment as detailed in the planning report,
implementing a minimum 30 metre set back from the railway lines. Written objection
- B. MacKinnon was noted. No other persons appeared to object to the application.
Mr. Alan Patton was in attendance representing the developer and concurred with the
recommendations as contained in the Planning Report.

Seconded by F. Welsh AND RESOLVED THAT the Clerk be directed to bring forward a Zoning
By -Law amendment as detailed in Planning Report 90-25 under date of February 6th,
1990 for the property of 598760 Ontario Inc. to rezone the property to Special
Residential Third Density (R3-17) for a townhouse development with play facilities
and games room.
2. Rezoning Application - Gilvesy Construction -
Andrea Dalrymple, County Planner, reviewed Planning Report 90-26 recommending rezoning
of lands of Gilvesy Construction located adjacent to Taylor Lane, Highway 19, from
General Industrial M2 to Highway Commercial C2. Mr. Oscar Legein was in attendance
on behalf of Gilvesy Construction. No persons appeared in objection to the application.

Seconded by F. Welsh AND RESOLVED THAT the Clerk be directed to bring forward a zoning
by-law amendment to Zoning By -Law 1994 as detailed in Planning Report 90-26, rezoning
the lands of Gilvesy Construction from General Industrial M2 to Highway Commercial
C2.
