Circulate funding for COVID-19 relief from Suzanne Renken

Cephas Panschow discussed the proposed implementation schedule. It was questioned if there would be an impact on Station Arts. The Committee requested if this form can be moved to a
chart format and if the Committee could see quarterly updates. It was also questioned how long this will be implemented in Tillsonburg and if an Office would be needed.
Snow Storage Requirement in VIP – it was discussed that snow from downtown is currently stored on Four Aches at the VIP. This land is currently grandfathered to use as a snow melting
area. The Committee discussed other options for snow melting such as leasing lands from other municipalities, private land and the airport. It was requested that staff investigate this.
The Economic Development Advisory Committee discussed the recent Council resolution in regards to the Town Hall recommendation staff report. It was requested that staff send the Council
meeting YouTube link be sent out to the Committee. It was requested that staff discuss closed minutes being published to closed council meeting agendas.
Lisa Gilvesy will provide an update/ information on Green Theory Design.
THAT the Economic Development Staff investigate the property located at 2 Simcoe St. regarding Property Standards By-Law
