construction proposal.

Imagining proposal.

future building development on the property.

Allowance Between Concession 3 and 4, North of Talbot Road,
Middleton, East of Bell Mill Sideroad and West of Portion 25 on
431429 be declared surplus to the needs of the Town of Tillsonburg
in accordance with Bylaw 2021-031 (land disposition) including
suitable notification to the public;
AND THAT a by-law be brought forward for Council’s consideration.

THAT as the 2022 approved budget included the replacement of
Roads Vehicle Unit #63 in the amount of $280,000 from
debentures; and
THAT as the lowest bid price of $377,320.99 (net HST included)
has exceeded the 2022 approved budget by $97,320.99 (net HST
included), per the state of restricted acts after nomination day, the
CAO has the authority to approve the award of this contract,
inclusive of the overage to be funded from debentures, under the
authority per the Delegation of Powers and Duties By-Law 2020-
091 in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25, s. 275 (6);
and
THAT this report be received for information.

Tender Results, as information; and
THAT staff award the tender to Ingersoll Memorials in the amount
of $51,934 plus HST for the supply and install of a new 96 niche
octagonal columbarium at the Tillsonburg Cemetery including a
matching granite base.

during the 2023 Capital Budget process; and
THAT the committee’s recommendation for the locations of the new
columbarium also be considered.

There was a request to change the Town's population signs with the most recent
census information.

Congratulations to Tillsonburg Red Sox on winning their silver medal at their
Championships.
Chamber of Commerce Awards of Excellence on September 29th.
Kinsmen Bridge Public Consultation is September 30th at the Lions Den.
Truth and Reconciliation Day is September 30th.
Both ice pads will be ready for use by the end of week in the arena.
The indoor pool closure date will be in January 2023.
