3. Adoption of Agenda

6.1. Inspector Hymers presented November & December reports to the board.
7. General Business & Reports
7.1. Parks and Facilities Manager Dave Drobitch joined the meeting. He was
introduced to board members and gave details of his background.
7.2. Traffic By -Law update received

7.3. Library Lane Issue — Review and discussion on the situation as well as steps
taken to reduce future issues
7.3.1. M HART has been used
7.4. Outdoor Ice Rink — Discussion on both OPP response as well as Citizen Safety
Concerns.
7.5. Graffiti through out the Town of Tillsonburg
7.5.1. If you see it please report it, OPP are collecting the information on
location.
7.6. CamSafe program - Discussion surrounding both Bellville & Quinte West OPP
and St Thomas PD. Inspector Hymers bring information to the board from OPP
Headquarters.
7.6.1. Bellville & Quinte West OPP
7.6.2. St Thomas Police Department
7.7. Body Cams — currently being used by some officers in Oxford. No complaints
have been received so far.
