2023-020THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG BY-LAW 2023-020 A BY-LAW to assume municipal services in Andrews Crossing Phase 2 Subdivision, Registered Plan 41 M-349. WHEREAS the Subdivision Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Performance Communities Realty Inc. provides for the installation of certain public services; AND WHEREAS the Town has received certification that the services in Registered Plan 41 M-349, have been constructed and installed in accordance with Town specifications; BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as follows: 1. That the services in Registered Plan 41 M-349, more particularly described in the Subdivision Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Performance Communities Realty Inc. dated May 21 2019, be and are hereby assumed as public services; 2. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 13th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2023.
