BY-LAW 2023-035
A BY-LAW to authorize a Transfer Payment Agreement for the purpose of
receiving funds for the Fire and Rescue Services Fire Communications Public
Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) transition.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient to enter into a
Transfer Payment Agreement for the purpose of receiving funds for the Fire and Rescue
Services Fire Communications Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) transition.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the Transfer Payment Agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part
of this By-Law;
2. That the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the Transfer Payment
Agreement attached hereto as Schedule A on behalf of the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg;
3. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
