7.1. Lisa Lanthier -Manager Human Services Oxford. Lisa discussed her role and
resources available to the public. Areas discussed -Ontario Works, Child Care.
HPP, Supportive Housing and Housing/Homelessness.
7 .2. False Alarm By-Law

7.3. Winter Parking Enforcement -3 Roads Supervisors have ability to write parking
tickets.
7.4. RIDE Grant -funding has been received for 2 years.
7.5. Citizens Academy -Information session 1 Oweeks (2 hour sessions), discussion
on policing. Must be 18+ years to participate
7.6. Outdoor Rink Issues -Discussion of current issues. Family Skate Party was a
success.
7.7. High School Officers -City of London. Board discussed.
7 .8. OAP SB Member Portal -Chair to send information to Mayor Gilvesy
7.9.Zone 4 Dues
