BY-LAW 2025-011
A BY-LAW to adopt a Waiving of Facility Rental Fees Policy for the Town of
Tillson burg.
WHEREAS Section 270(1) of the Municipal Act. 2001 states that a municipality shall
adopt and maintain policies with respect to the manner in which the municipality will try
to ensure that it is accountable to the public for its actions, and the manner in which the
municipality will try to ensure that its actions are transparent to the public;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous
of adopting a waiving of facility rental fees policy.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the waiving of facility rental fees policy attached hereto as "Schedule A" is
hereby adopted and forms part of this by-law.
2. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
READ A First, Second, Third and Final time and passed this 27th of January,
2025.
