Vice-Chair Sorraya Buchanan-St. Gelais will chair the meeting. Meetings are held at the Upper Deck Youth Centre at 19 Queen St (directly across from 10 Lisgar). Meetings can only go until 6:40 at the latest as Upper Deck has youth programming afterwards. We have a key for the building. The key unlocks the main door (this door is always locked). The meeting room is to the right down the ramp. Tables and chairs are in the storage closet in the room. There is a door to the room. Unlock this so members can get in. When the meeting is over, they have advised that we can leave the tables and chairs out for their youth groups to use. Lock the door in the room and exit out the main door.
