6.1 Introduction - Julie Dawley, Acting Recreation Programs & Services
Manager
Carrie introduced Julie - welcome!
6.2 Dressing rooms policy
Discussion on the overall parameters of policy in Canada and how it
applies to Tillsonburg Minor Hockey Association.
6.3 State of showers in dressing rooms
It appears that the showers don't work/don't work properly in most of the
change rooms. Perhaps the maintenance staff could determine whether
the shower heads need cleaning or replacing.
6.4 Hall of Fame - post event
Andrea wanted to thank the committee on the great job with the Hall of
Fame, the event was very successful. Thank you to Andrea for organizing.
6.5 Pickleball report to council

The report speaks to request of painting pickleball lines on tennis courts,
which will be monitored for need through the summer/fall and decided
after the season is finished. The decision will then be shared with the
committee for recommendation to council.
