A BY-LAW to authorize conveyance of certain lands.
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg wishes to carry out certain land
conveyance to recognize the occupied boundary of certain Town owned land with the
adjacent property owner in order to clear title.
AND WHEREAS the adjacent property owner is agreeable to the Conveyance.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg does hereby authorize the
conveyance of certain lands being part of Lot 598, Plan 500 more specifically
shown as Part 1 on Reference Plan 41R-6762 to Christian Allen Liptak and
Stephanie Lynn Liptak.
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the necessary
documents on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg to give
effect to this conveyance.
3. This By -Law shall come into full force and effect upon enactment.
