BY-LAW NO. 2961
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A
BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
WHEREAS Subsection 207(45) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990 Chapter 45, confers authority to
council to appoint such officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the
corporation, or for carrying into effect any Act of the Legislature or bylaw of the council;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary
and expedient to appoint a By-law Enforcement Officer to enforce by-laws enacted by Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS.
1. THAT Kathleen Musselman is hereby appointed as By-law Enforcement Officer for the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of its final passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 12" day of February, 2001.
