2976 Aspen Developments for VarianceAGREEMENT
Further to Resolution approving a sign variance to Sign By-Law 2976 under date of
June 24th 2002,Aspen Developments hereby agrees that the sign to be erected on
lands owned by Maria Baxter on Broadway will be erected for a period not
exceeding 2 years from the date hereof.

conditions:
1)That one non-compliance sign be removed;and
2 )An agreement be signed restricting the non-compliance height for a period of 2 years.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT failing agreement with the owner with respect to the above conditions
permission be granted to place a sign for this project in compliance with the sign by-law on property
owned by MarIa Baxter on Broadway.
