BY-LAW NO. 3025
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
FOR A COMMUNITY POLICE SERVICES VEHICLE
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering
into a lease agreement for a community police services vehicle.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg hereby authorizes the entering into of a
Lease Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg and Woodstock
Volkswagen/Volkswagen Canada for a 2002 Volkswagen to be used for Community
Policing Services provided by Oxford Ontario Provincial Police for the Town of
Tillsonburg.
2. THAT Schedule "A" attached hereto is hereby declared to be part of this by-law as if
written and incorporated herein.
3. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg, the Lease Agreement attached as Schedule "A"
to this by-law.
4. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon enactment.
READ A FIRST SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 24th day of
June, 2002.
