A BY-LAW to amend By -Law No. 2964 being a By -Law to appoint members to various
Board and Commissions.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to replace the appointments to the Board of
Management of the Tillsonburg BIA.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council for the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By -Law 2964 be amended by deleting the names of those
persons appointed to the BIA Board of Management as well as such other persons
that may have been appointed by Council by resolution and replacing them with
the following: Iry Horton, Stephen Molnar, Dave Beres, Fred Lewis and Bob
Smith.
2. This By -Law shall come into full force and effect on the date of enactment.
