BY-LAW NO. 3061
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A
BY-LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
WHEREAS Subsection 207(45) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990 Chapter 45, confers
authority to council to appoint such officers and employees as may be necessary for the
purposes of the corporation, or for carrying into effect any Act of the Legislature or by-
law of the council.;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it
necessary and expedient to appoint a By-law Enforcement Officer to enforce by-laws
enacted by Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1, THAT Jennifer Burton is hereby appointed as By-law Enforcement Officer (pro
tempore) for the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
2, THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on June 16,, 2003, the
date of its final passing until September 1, 2003, inclusive.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME this 16th day of June, 2003.
READ A THIRD TIME and finally passed, this 16th day of June, 2003.
