A By -Law of the Municipal Corporation of the Town
of Tillsonburg to open up and establish part 12 on reference
plan 41R-7145 as part of the road allowance known as
Bobolink Drive.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg has deemed it necessary
and expedient to open that portion of reference plan 41R-7145 being part
12 as part of the road allowance.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That part 12 on reference plan 41R-7145, be opened up
and become part of Bobolink Drive.
2. This By -Law is passed pursuant to Section 31 (1) of The Municipal
Act 2001, S-0. 2001, Chapter 25.
3. That this By -Law shall become effective on the date of passing
of this by-law.
