By-law No. 3114
BEING A BY-LAW TO A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2997, BEING A BY-
LAW TO REGULATE TRAFFIC AND THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN
THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to amend By -Law 2997.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT Section 37(2) to By -Law 2997 under - No Long Vehicle
Parking - be deleted.
2. THAT Section 37 (1) of By -Law 2997 - No Long Vehicle Parking
- be re -numbered as Section 37.
3. THAT these amendments to By -Law 2997 are hereby declared to
be part of that By -Law as if written therein.
4. THAT this By -Law be passed pursuant to the Highway Traffic
Act, and shall become effective upon enactment.
READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME this 7th day of June 2004.
READ a THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED this 12th day of July 2004.
