3117 To amend Zoning By-Law Number 1994, as amended, Church of the Living WaterTHE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG -P BY-LAW NUMBER.,,_ � A By -Law to amend Zoning By -Law Number 1994, as amended. WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it advisable to amend By -Law Number 1994, as amended. THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg, enacts as follows: 1That Schedule "A" to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended by . changing to C2-26 and C2-27 the zone symbols of the lands so designated C2-26 and C2-27 on Schedule "A"' attached hereto. y 2. That Section 12.3 to B -Lcaw Number 1994, as amended, is hereby amended is y .� hereby amended b adding the following subsections at the end thereof: " 12.3.2 6 LOCATION: CORNER OF YOUNG AND ROUSE STREETS (Part Lots 1607 & 1609, (Plan 500 and Part 2, Plan 41R-3653), C2-26 12.3.26.1 Notwithstanding any provision of By -Law Number 1994 to the contrary, no person shall within any C2-26 Zone use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure for any purpose except the following: all uses permilfted in Section 12.1 .1 to this By -Law; and a bus service garage and yard. 12.3.26.2 That all other provisions of the C2 Zone in Section 12.2 to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, shall apply, and further that all other provisions of By - Law Number 1994, as amended, that are consistent with the provisions herein contained shall continue to apply "mutatis mutandis". 12.3.27 LOCATION: CORNER OF VIENNA ROAD AND ROUSE STREET (Part Lots 1607 & 16091 Plan 500 and Part 2, Plan 41 R-3653), C2-27 12.3.27.1 Notwithstanding any provision of By -Law Number 1994 to the contrary, no person shall within any C2-27 Zone use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure for any purpose except the following: all uses permitted in Section 12.1 .1 to this By -Law; The Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg �.y Number Page 2 By Law � 12.3.27.2. Notwithstanding any provision of By -Law Number 1994 to the contrary, no person shall within any C2-27 Zone use any lot, or erect, alter or use any building or structure except in accordance with the following provisions: 12.3.27.2.1 SETBACK OF A, CHURCH FROM THE RAILWAY: Any buildings used for a church shall be setback a minimum of 50 m (164 ft) from the closest portion of the CN railway property, located to the south of the subject property. 12.3.27.2.2 SETBACK OF A CHURCH FROM VIENNA ROAD (HIGHWAY #19): Any buildings used for a church shall be setback a minimum of 35 m (114.8 ft) from the closest portion of the Vienna Road (Highway #19) Street Line. 12.3.27.2.3 That all other provisions of the C2 Zone in Section 12.2 to By -Law Number 1994, as amended, shall apply, and further that all other provisions of By - Law Number 1994, as amended, that are consistent with the provisions herein contained shall continue to apply "mutatis mutandis". 3.
