A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG AND AIMPOWERGEN CORPORATION
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is a joint owner with the Corporation of
the Municipality of Bayharn of lands described as Concession 1-9 , Parts 1-5, 11 R-6476 and Part
1, 1 l R-6477, in the Municipality of Bayham, County of Elgin.
AND WHEREAS the Councils of the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg are desirous of entering into an agreement with
AimpowerGen Corporation for an option agreement over theses lands;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham and the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg deem it necessary and expedient to enter into an option agreement with
AimpowerGen Corporation;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. T14AT the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" and forming part of this By-law
between the Corporation of the Municipality of Bayham, the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg and Aimpowergen Corporation is hereby approved;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
harked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 9"' DAY OF AUGUST, 2004
READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 16"' DAY OF AUGUST, 2004.
