MINISTRY CONNECTING LINK AGREEMENT FORM
BY-LAW NUMBER
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE the execution of a proposal and estimate of cost as
represented by the Minister of Transportation and the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg entered into pursuant to Section 116 of the Public Transportation and
Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.50 and amendments thereto from time to
time.
WHEREAS the proposal and estimate of cost dated the day of
2005, for the North Broadway (Hwy #19) -Culvert Improvements
being part ofla highway designated as a Connecting Link has been prepared.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg that:
1. The hereinbefore recited proposal and estimate of cost be approved; and
2. The Mayor/Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to sign the hereinbefore recited proposal and estimate of cost
and to affix thereto the seal of the Corporation.

PROPOSAL AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
CONNECTING LINK OR EXTENSION OF THE KING'S HIGHWAY NO. 19
IN THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG IN THE COUNTY OF OXFORD.
Designated Route: North Broadway (Highway #19)
This agreement dated C r hereinafter
called the agreement between the Minister and the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg and subject to the terms and conditions thereof, and subject also to any
necessary approval of the Board under the Ontario Municipal Board Act, the
Corporation proposes that the following portions of highway, heretofore designated
as a Connecting Link, be constructed by the Corporation namely:
North Broadway (Hwy #19) —Culvert Improvements at Sta. 12+170
and provided construction to be in accordance with plans and specifications
approved by the Minister and the Corporation in the manner and at a cost estimated
and divided substantially as follows:
(a) Type of construction: Culvert Improvements
(b) Length: 27m
(c) Width: 1.0m
(d) Commencing at West side of North Broadway (Hwy #19)
(e) Terminating at East side of North Broadway (Hwy #19)
(f) Total cost of Construction $615453-00
(g) Deduct: Items not chargeable under agreement:

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG
BY-LAW NUMBER 3149
A BY-LAW to appoint an acting Chief Building Official for the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to appoint an acting Chief Building Official for the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as a result of repealing By -Law 2772.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1 . THAT Mr. Robert Allison, be hereby appointed acting Chief Building Official pursuant to
Section 3(2) of the Building Code Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter B.13.
2. THAT Mr. Allison is also appointed acting Property Standards Officer for the purpose of
administering the Town's Property Standards By -Law as amended from time to time.
3. That Mr. Allison is appointed acting Provincial Offenses Officer pursuant to the Provincial
Offenses Act, R.S.O. 19901, Chapter P.33, for the purpose of enforcing Town of Tillsonburg By -
Laws and related Provincial Statues and Regulations.
4. Any previously enacted By -Laws that are inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the By -Law
are hereby repealed, specifically By -Law 2772 is hereby repealed.
5. This By -Law shall come into fu it l force and effect on the day of passing.
