A By -Law to amend By -Law 2755, being a by-law to adopt a Town of
Tillsonburg
Rates and Regulations For the General Maintenance and Operation of
Cemetery Services In The Tillsonburg Cemetery.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 4, s 50 (2), of the Cemeteries Act (Revised)
authorizes the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg to
establish by-laws affecting the operation of the cemetery.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient by the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg to amend By -Law 2755 to update the
Tariff of Rates (Schedule F)
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Tillsonburg enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule "F" attached hereto, as amending Schedule "F" to By -
Law 2755, is hereby declared to be part of this by-law as if written and
incorporated herein;
2. That all persons or agencies purchasing transfer of rights or cemetery
services shall conform to Tillsonburg Tariff of Rates forth in Schedule
"F" to By -Law 2755, as amended by Schedule "F", attached hereto.
