BY-LAW NUMBER 3171 A BY-LAW to amend by-law number 3093 to fill
vacancies on certain Boards and Committees.
WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to appoint members to be
responsible for the various functions of various Boards and
Committees of the Town of Tillsonburg.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT By-law 3093 is hereby amended to include the following
members to the following committees:

Tourism Advisory Board
Recreation Advisory Committee

2. Any previously enacted By -Laws that are inconsistent with the
purpose and intent of the By -Law are hereby repealed.
3. This By -Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of
passing.
