BY-LAW NO. 3180
A By-law to amend by-law 2013 designating a certain area as an improvement arca and
to establish a Board of Management therefore.
Whereas Section 209 of the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O., 2001, c.25 allows for the
municipality to amend the boundaries of an improvement area and the Board of
Management for that improvement area is continued as the board of management for the
altered area.
AND Whereas By-law 2013 designated a certain area as an improvement area and
established a Beard of Management therefore.
AND Whereas the Municipality desires to change the arca designated as an improvement
area.
AND Whereas notice of the intention of Council to pass this by-law has been served by
mail as required under section 210 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, c.25.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg enacts as fellows:
1. The area depicted in Schedule "A" as the BIA Boundary attached hereto is
hereby designated as an Improvement Arca to be known as "The Tillsonburg
Downtown Improvement Arca".
2,. THAT Schedule "A" to By-law 2013 is now amended by Schedule "A" to this
by-law.
3. THAT this by-law becomes effective on the date of passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 1 I"' DAY OF OCTOBER, 2005.
READ A THIRD AND FINAL TIME, SIGNED SEALED AND FINALLY PASSED
THIS 24" DAY OF OCTOBER, 2005.
