3187 Schedule "A" Connenction Link Consturction By-Law 3187SCHEDULE A - CONNECTING LINK CONSTRUCTION BY-LAW MINISTRY CONNECTING LINK AGREEMENT FORM BY-LAW NUMBER: �?% g `7 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF TILLSONBURG A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE the execution of a proposal and estimate of cost as represented by the Minister of Transportation and the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg entered into pursuant to Section 116 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.50 and amendments thereto from time to time. WHEREAS the proposal and estimate of cost dated the day of l'C'rr Cr"2005 for the construction f — o the Downtown Broadway (Hwy #19) Mid -block Pedestrian Signals being part of a highway designated as a Connecting Link has been prepared. BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg that: 1. The hereinbefore recited proposal and estimate of cost be approved; and 2. The Mayor/Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign the hereinbefore recited proposal and estimate of cost and to affix thereto the seal of the Corporation.
